Foundry is equipped with a Hunter automatic molding machine and manual squeezer machines.  We  pour 356 aluminum and most copper based alloys.  Tooling can be produced quickly and cheaply from three dimensional drawings.  Melting is done by induction furnaces.  

 

First article and loose molding

If you are developing a new product

we can cast sample molds for testing

before production tooling is made.

 

Green sand molding is the most economical and efficient method of making castings. Thin wall castings can also be cast with this method. Walls down to 5/16th can be cast. We work very closely with several pattern shops and can take your job from print through production.
