In need of Aluminum or Bronze Castings?
CALMEGO has been providing Prototype Castings and Aluminum Tooling for nearly 60 years.We have been providing Green Sand Casting production for nearly 85 years.

Your aluminum of bronze castings will be cast on our automatic Hunter machine or manual squeezers depending on the quantities and the size of the part.
 We pour our casting out of 356 and 319 aluminum alloys. We can also provide a T5 & T6 Heat Treat if so required.
 To provide faster turn around and reduce the cost to you, short runs of castings can be made off of loose patterns, without follow boards. Loose patterns include stereo lithography patterns (SLA) or CNC pattern. Calmego builds any other types of patterns by the traditional hand method.
 If a 2-D drawing file or 3-D CAD data is available, the pattern can be cut on a C.N.C. Mill or made by stereolithography. However, Calmego will work with whatever you have!
